You know what, Audrey, I always get charged up starting up the show. I like our first

second. I do. It gives us a chance to sort of have a conversation on a few things. A couple things

to talk about what's happening in the local industry. What's the physics behind our guests that

stopped by the show and everything like that. But I always, I always get in, I always enjoy getting

some of your insight as to what's going on. Because you get to get to, you get to go to all the

cool meetings. You get to, you get to hang out with all the, all the fun people. That's, that's

really adorable. It's 100% true. And so you usually have insight on stuff before most of us kind of get the insight. I'm just saying it. Well, and you always have something that you're thinking about. And sometimes it's weird. You got to pair of the good news with the bad news. Well, it's not, listen, we, Jonathan, you and I have a really cool gig. We do. The gig is that we get to see what's happening on the ground as these nascent ideas are burgeoning up.

But we also get to see what the obstacles are.

And we get to understand things that many people each and every day, it just aren't, it's not their world.

And we get the front row seat like we get sometimes.

Well, so here we are, Pittsburgh, 2018, on the global map for so many different things, right?

ready to happen in a couple months. We get, you know, which is, you know, pathways to the

world, so important. We get Facebook putting out a bigger flagship with AR and VR here in the

strip district and an innovation center over at Carnegie Mellon with Facebook.

We have representation from most of the big NASDAQ companies have planted their flag here.

Not all of them, but most of them.

We're ahead of so many other cities that way.

We have the highest level of academic achievement for people between the ages of 24 and 35 that are postmasters.

We're like a smart city.
