Oh man, I'm always so great to be hanging out on a Friday night doing tech vibe radio with you, Audrey.

Yeah. So sometimes I like taking the first segment, Audrey. I like to do the old what's on Audrey's mind routine. Yeah. Because sometimes, I mean, you're always at the forefront of what's going on. You're behind the scenes on a lot of things happening in Pittsburgh's tech sector. You get to attend all the important meetings, crash the important meetings, do all the fun stuff of the important meetings.

I'm usually just hanging out the council offices. I try to send you to them. You do. But if they have to go across a pond, you will not go. I don't. Okay. Well, then quick complain. I'm not

complaining. I'm just calling it out for what it is.

Yay. Yay. Yeah, so before we go out on air, you were kind of talking a little about some stuff. Well, no, I mean, listen, it's 2019. We're seeing a lot of changes in the United States. I don't want to have to have commentary on all those changes because that would take me more than the hour of a show.

But what are the things that when I think about Pittsburgh and I think about the incredible just growth of everything, tech and innovation across every vertical, across almost every market,

which is really quite tremendous of an accomplishment.

Because if you think of other cities like Minneapolis and even Boston, they have like certain strata.

They got two or three.

They're lucky.

But they're really deep.

And we have this wide array of capabilities.

And we're attracting a lot of people from all around the world that are coming here to live, they're coming here to work, that are seeing multiple opportunities, not just going, you know, to one place.

Amazon stealing Google's people and, you know, people are going from NREC, as we saw last year, going over into this autonomous vehicle places.

So we're seeing this, which makes it a very exciting and dynamic, dynamic community and city.

But we still have a flatline population growth.

We still have a flatline.

They are people who scratch their heads and they go, what do you mean?

I still scratch my head on that.

Yeah.

Because it seems like with everything going on, there's more coming in, but there's not.
