And you're not going to use that as a political opportunity to say, hmm, you know, we have this really important agenda.

Which maybe Congress should like be pushing forward or like here's what it is.

You know, not everybody's as lucky as me and so forth. And unless I miss something, they haven't done that, right? Unless I, you know, correct me if I'm wrong. I don't think they've done that. And instead what they've said is something along the lines of, see, this just goes to show that it's actually not that severe and everything's fine. And then somebody asks something like, yeah, but actually what about? They're like, no, shh, shh, shh, shh, everything's fine. No, no, no, no. But wait, but wait, I mean, it was, it was, it's easier for him to like, say, no, no, no, no. Don't you see everything is actually okay, uh, because it's not severe.

Well, isn't it not severe because you caught it early?

No, no, no.

It's not.

It's just because it's not severe.

You know, it's like this is, I guess the only thing to me that distinguishes it from

the instance where Trump got sick is they, there's a little bit, a little bit more incoherence. Like with Trump getting sick, it was just like sort of like doubling down on everything they were saying before. And then like now it's just like listening to an interview with Rochelle Rolenski. Like the word salad isn't just like an incidental. It's obligatory. Right. Well, if you don't engage in the word salad, then it makes it too clear what you want. You have to do word salas.

I mean, I think this is such an important point about the whole thing because one of the things that I've been thinking about with all of this is how in their immediate response, they have sort of upped the amount of press hits that they've been doing about COVID. I mean, I watch a lot of the various White House official press,

you know, appearances and stuff just to kind of, you know, troll for moments where there

are, you know, rhetorical innovations or whatever that are happening. I like to be like a nail

in the bottom of their shoe. Yeah, because I want to be the first in line to yell at them. But

it has struck me how I would kind of think with the conditions being as they are,

that they would have maybe thought about, okay, well, it's likely that at some point Biden's

going to test positive for COVID if things continue a pace like this and we're, you know, making a point not to mask.

It's likely that we're going to be in that situation. Okay. You know, I believe that they may have

thought of that. It does seem also that they maybe thought that when that happened, maybe based on

the experiences of like when other politicians have caught COVID recently and it hasn't

been a huge media deal, that somehow it would not be a big issue, that it wouldn't be something

where a bunch of people all of a sudden are kind of, you know, renewing their focus on,
