Haley Rawl, and I have found myself both ranting a lot the past couple of weeks and also raving a lot.

Ranting about not so good things, raving about some really good things, and I want to share some of my

rants and raves with you today. I hope you're all doing well. I know the state of things,

which feels like deja vu to be saying this again, but the state of things doesn't feel so great

right now for those of us in the United States.

I know there's a lot going on in the world as well.

And yeah, it kind of feels like one of those times where we are all just hanging in there as a collective.

And so I wanted to say, if you're feeling that way, I'm feeling that way too.

This leads me to a rant-ish.

I debated talking about this or how much I wanted to talk about this.

And I know we are all myself included, probably quite fatigued right now.

Speaking of the news cycle, the Charlie Kirk shooting,

Jimmy Kimmel getting fired for his comments about Donald Trump. I am not going to delve very

deeply into like the details or the sides, I guess, of all of it. I feel like I've talked about

that on my stories. People know where I stand.

I just want to talk about, rant about what I've been realizing amongst all of this is that

it feels like there are two different realities existing right now in the United States. It feels very

triggering to the religion trauma in me.
