Today we're going to cover our first launch debrief. This is for the 12 days of Christmas,

which is a live launch that we ran for the first time in December

2023. So we're going to talk about what flopped, what flew off the shelves, and what I would

do differently now that I have done this once. Here's the concept for those of you who missed

this campaign. Historically, our company has skipped Black Friday.

We normally don't promote any offers at all.

This year, we did share two offers from other companies, not our own.

But we usually still like to do something around the holidays.

So we wanted to use the gap between the Thanksgiving holiday

here in the States and Christmas to run a live launch as a year-end cash injection. And also to use

this as an opportunity to test new offer concepts that we haven't sold before. So here was the

premise that we put out into our community.

We said for the next 12 days, December 4th through 15th, we're dropping a daily flash deal to our

email list only, either a deep discount up to 70% off, I think was our highest discount,

or a never seen before offer in your inbox set to expire

when the clock runs out that day. So the campaign was really fun because our community did not
