So if you're a frequent listener of the podcast,

you've definitely probably heard me say it takes time to sow the truth in, right?

The truth has to be sewn in, woven in, to our spirits. It takes time. It's a process.

I also believe peace is a process and a lot of the events we go through, even the chaotic ones,

are a part of the process to cultivating our peace.

Thinkable countries that have gone to war with each other, but are now at peace with one another,

how to go through great conflict just to reach that space of peace,

that understanding, that agreement once both sides reveal both of its own evils,

and realize there would be no winner simply leading themselves to their own self-destruction.

So if it takes time to sow the truth in,

what about getting rid of old shoes? Old ideas, beliefs we may have ourselves, old programs,

to understand. Sometimes we have to tear these old shoes out, like tear them out of us,

to understand it, that takes time. Especially if we've been living this way, we have an idea of

ourselves. We walk, sleep, talk this way. And then innately as we grow, sometimes we evolve,

not sometimes we evolve. And the things we once believe will shift. But it's key that we allow

ourselves to tear these true self and form new ones. And this could happen in so many different

ways, not even really deep ones. It could be deep, deep, deep ones, but you'd be lighthearted ones

as well. Even for me, I used to equate a good video by how many edits it had because I'm a video

editor. I know how to edit really well. And it's one of the first things people noticed when

tuning into me, they're like, Hey, your video editing is immaculate. And still to this day,

when I upload a video with no edits, I automatically think my next video has to be edited a lot,

or be able to impress people in that type of way. And I'm like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
