And I was on live stream yesterday on TikTok and one question always pops up and I think

people ask me this because they see me being pretty active online.

You know, I post this podcast almost every single day, five days a week.

You know, I miss some days just because I'm doing YouTube and other things and something

may catch up.

But anyways, people often ask me, how do you find the motivation to do what you want to

do?

And I think motivation is interesting because I don't look and I don't think I've ever

looked at motivation like a source of fuel.

I think a lot of people were looking at motivation like it is a source of our fuel and if we

don't have that motivation, then that means we can't shift gears.

We can't turn the key on.

We can't go forward.

The motivation to me is the icing on top is the blueberry on top of the whipped cream.

If it's there, if I have it, move.

Great.

It's going to be a sweet day.

It's going to be a little, it's going to be an easier day.

We're going to have more energy.

We're going to be able to accelerate because we have motivation.

But if I don't have motivation, for me, that is no excuse to not do what I know I have

to do mainly because I know when it is time to shift gears, motivation or not feeling
