Yes. I love getting their perspective on a lot of these topics, and so excited to hear

how this conversation goes.

So this is kind of by way of walking through something we do at Integrated, a business father's mastermind that Blake and I are both a part of.

We've been trying to isolate what are the things that make our kind of our lifestyle different to try to give really practical ideas for families or how to

transition from kind of the Western idea of family where we're all just a group of individuals

into something more like a multi-generational team on mission. So we talked to the Cirillo's before this

about rhythms over goals and I want to talk to Blake and Chandler about kind of this next

kind of contrast that we definitely feel in this transition and that is team over individual.

And there's a lot of detail to this. This has been probably one of the ones that has been the

most challenging to think through and probably the one that offends the current culture,

maybe more than any of the others. And so it's easy to be overreactionary, maybe in some ways

in this area. But certainly also, most of us, I think, are suffering from not really even

understanding this tension and how destructive it can be if we just go all the way towards

individualism. So I'm going to read this little essay. Then we're going to talk about it, get
