Chris and Justine, they live in the Dallas area.

We've been connected to them for a while.

They've been bebopping around a little bit.

They were in Oregon for a lot of time. And also they are part of Family Inc.

And integrated and have done a lot of family team stuff with us.

And they're launching a business as well. So I'd love for them to talk about that because I think it's going to have a lot of

relevance to what we're talking about today, about rhythms. And all each of our families have had,

you know, different, I know, attempts at trying to live rhythmically. And I know that for both of us,

this is a huge sort of cornerstone of how we live as a family.

But I think a lot of people have heard about this, maybe here or there.

I wanted to kind of go a little bit deeper in this podcast.

And one of the things that I've been, you know, presenting, I know it integrated, this has been a big

conversation is kind of like our, or lack of a better word, code for how to live.
