Hi, everybody. Welcome to another edition of talking elite fitness. Sean Woodland and Tommy Marquez meeting up in cyberspace today. I am in a holiday and express in the great state of Washington right around the city of Everett.

And Tommy, where are you with the gym right now?

I am at the gym right now age group quarterfiles are underway. So we have a bunch of people getting ready to tackle those those tests.

Awesome.

We got a bunch of first-timers too, which is epic. That's so cool.

Yeah, some really fun stuff to go. Sean, since you stated a holiday and express right now based on the commercials, you're a doctor, firefighter, airplane pilot. You're basically an expert.

False. Here's the soul. Okay. So I cannot get my keys to work to my room.

So they gave me the first keys I came up didn't work had to go back down the guy let me in.

Went down again. They didn't work again. And the guy came back up, you know, got and then got to work.

And then this I sort of got them the last time he came I couldn't get in and I'm like trying the keys both ways. I'm like swiping them.

Comes back up and then I don't and then he does it and then they work and then like a fourth time. I'm like, I can't.

All right, I leave my room. I got to make sure I can do this and I'm trying to keys both ways, you know, up and down, you know, turn them both couldn't get it.

Now another woman comes up to see what's wrong. And then I do it one more time and then it works.

So clearly the holiday and expresses made me dumber. They hate you. They hate you. The man. I feel I mean, it's like it's literally like a, like a hidden camera show or something because I just can't get him to work.

I have to leave again this this evening. I won't, I won't be locked out. But we are going to recap the team quarter finals and then we're going to replay an interview that Tommy did with Jason grubb and Annie Sakamoto breaking down the quarter finals tests for the age group athletes and then we'll have crazy things we saw in a little bit.

No shortcuts from Europe. And we also had Torian mayhem.

So I got total recap here with the teams. And when we came into this and I said this yesterday on the live show and I said that I think maybe last week as well when we were talking about it, but there was going into this stage, there's a lot more unknown than known.

And I feel like we learned some things here. These past couple of years. So what did you learn from the from the team quarter finals?

Well, I think that for I think the first time ever, this is this is Oceania is best shot at putting someone on the podium.

Just kind of seeing the results and how the Torian mayhem teams stacked up globally.
