It feels like it's a little while since I did one of these.

the Daily Mirror it's very nice to see your smiley slightly beardy slightly unkempt

hair face in these lockdown days. I was just about to wave to the camera I don't know that's for your benefit.

after our health or just saying how much they're enjoying having us keeping company during the Loxam,

which is great because it means we get to keep hanging out with each other which we also enjoy and

We didn't do a show last week together because I'd already spoken with Dr. Anna Jeffries of the Imperial War Museum talking

all about the E day, well looking ahead to the E day and how the Royals spent their time during

the war. So we'll be looking back on how the Royals spent their time during the war.

So we'll be looking back on how the Royals marked VE day

this year, a little bit later on the show.

We've also got some Royal Birthdays to catch up on.

But first of all, I wanted to start Russell with that really lovely video that came out yesterday to Mark International Nurses Day.

The Royal Family have obviously been doing a huge amount during this time of coronavirus that is supporting or, you know,

showing their support for public services and in particular health workers. And I just, I thought it was so well put together so well executed

and just a really a nice surprising and you know keep seeing Zoom calls and then and them doing things

but actually they found a new way to do it.
