Hey, Runos Connect fans. Welcome back to the Team R.C. Podcast. Coach Michael Hammond here with another edition. Hope you guys have been doing well. I apologize for running a rerun last week. I actually had about almost two weeks ago now. I had sinus surgery, so I've been a little bit out of

has heard that the New York City

marathon was cancelled and the Berlin marathon was cancelled. We basically already

knew about Berlin. They had I believe the city of Berlin had canceled like any large gatherings up to a certain point

So like it really wasn't able to go on anyway.
