All right, here we go with today's cast. The Do you ever get the question from folks about size of teams, you know when you're forming a team like how big it ought to be yeah like all the time yeah and the problem of course is that I don't people ask me I there's really no ideal size it depends on a whole bunch of factors and unfortunately of course that

doesn't do our listeners real a whole lot of good because we can't talk to every

single one of them individually.

Yeah, the answer, it's not helpful to say,

well, there's no ideal size.

But what I wish people would say is,

how big should I make this team I'm forming because that's something we can help with in terms

of okay let's look at the parameters and then we can probably come up with the right number.

But look it's it's simple if you got to form a team and you're wondering how to do it,

we're going to make it as easy as possible, at least to look at the first steps of it,

because this cast starts the process of giving guidance about how big it should be and in the interest of time and space
