All right folks, here we go at the show. The Well, you and I both don't particularly like Matrix organizations, but... No. We're realist. They do exist and we probably ought to talk a little bit about that because

project managers often have to give feedback to their folks. When I say they're folks,

they're folks, these folks don't generally report to them. They're just part of the project team. And it's a little different and we have some recommendations around that.

Exactly. Yeah, I mean, managers roles are unique. There are a lot of people today who think that the matrix model and project management is management just because if they're in a technical organization that's the way the organization is structured but but of course that's not exactly so.

Project Manager roles are different than normal manager roles in some ways.

Similar in many and different in some.

And we're really just going to focus on one part

of the project manager's special challenges today, which is how to give feedback to their

project team members. And look it's easy. The short answer is the manager tools peer or project feedback model.

We might periodically call it the PFM, the project or peer feedback model.
