Hello my friends, Carrie Green here. We are back at the morning minds that I hope you

do in well this morning. I hope you're ready to get your mind and your heart aligned

with the truth of God. To think about those words, I say them almost every day, but think

about those words, getting our heart and our mind aligned with the truth of God. That's

going to enable us to live this day in a way that brings him honor and makes his name great

in the eyes of those that we interact with. So let's get started. It's Proverbs 29.19.

We're looking at today. We're going to talk about team dynamics of accountability. Now

that may sound pretty fancy, but there's nothing really fancy to it. It's a pretty simple

principle. Now before we go on, let me remind you of our nonprofit, not a needy person.

This is a benevolence ministry that my wife actually has spearheaded and is now running,

and it is an opportunity for believers in Christ who have needs to submit those practical

needs to us for consideration. We have a board that considers those needs and presents

them on the website for others to come alongside and be generous in meeting those needs. So

we're just the middle man where the conduit who's connecting the giver with the one in need

and 100% of those donations go to the need. So you can find out more about that and not

a needyperson.org. I hope you check it out. Alright, Proverbs 28.19 reads this way. It

says, by mere words, a servant is not disciplined. For though he understands, he will not respond.

Now there's a lot going on in this verse, just one simple sentence about being a part

of a team, being a person who is in a place of authority in a person who's in a place

of service, and how those two should relate. And the first thing I want to point out is

that this passage is communicating to us a dynamic of human nature, something that
