Welcome to a new series I'm going to be doing where I'm going to be wholesaling with my son,

Jonathan and his girlfriend, Isabel. Now, Jonathan is a full-time college student, but he wants to really

learn wholesaling and learn it well. So here's what we're going to be doing. He's going to be calling

seller leads, direct-to-seller leads, and then I'm going to be giving him feedback training on his calls, him and Isabel. And I'm going to also be calling leads and showing them why I'm calling, why I'm doing it, how I'm doing it, so that they can learn watching me as well. We're going to be recording all of this. We're making compilations and sharing that with you. So I'm really excited about it. Now, the leads that we're going to be calling are from a program called warm call lead accelerator.

Now, this is a program by PropWire, and it is a subscription where you get 10 seller leads a day delivered right into a CRM that you get with the program.

So you literally just log into your CRM. There's 10

fresh leads every single day. These leads have been called in the past 24 to 48 hours from my
