back on that. This happened a year ago. And I'm like, gosh, I did so many things wrong. I did so

many things wrong and I still made $65,000. So you negotiated five contracts yesterday?

And it was wild because we're running around like crazy.

And so we're like, we got to pack our bags, but we got to talk to

these sellers. And so my husband's over there, like he went on these appointments. He gathered

photos and videos and all that good stuff. And so I'm usually the one that comps these like really

thoroughly at the end before we send the offer because I'm licensed. And yeah, we sent it all out. And the conversations

are great. Like the price sounds good. We just, it's kind of, you know, waiting for people to sign.

So how did you find those five deals to put contracts out to? So four of them came from property

leads. One of them came from an agent referral.

I don't know if you're familiar with Colorado.

She works down in Colorado Springs, which is kind of another hub.

And there's a lot of fixer uppers down there.

And so she'll just kick me deals on leads that she gets for just traditional sales that won't go on the market. And so I'll walk them. And I mean, typically it's a yes, usually when we walk those. So she gives me one or two a month. It's pretty awesome. So when you submitted those offers, is it all like through email or did you present them in person? What did that look like?
