Hi, everyone. Welcome to At Home with Sally. I'm Sally Clarkson, and I have the biggest

privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every week

to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement, and I am just so glad that you're here today.

Why, hello there, my friends. I am so happy that you joined me today. I think about all of the different ways that I get to live life every week and the meals and the friends and the different activities. And I always have you in mind thinking, oh, I would love to share this with my friends this week.

Well, this has been quite an interesting week. For one thing, all of a sudden, after all of these

very cold, snowy, where we had cold weather until just a couple of days ago, But the days are becoming gorgeous. We measure gorgeous

days by being able to sit outside in our back deck among the tall pine trees that surround

us. They've grown up over these 18 years. And we always have a little fire blazing. And that's just such a fun thing for us to do.

We've been doing that with friends and just every afternoon for our tea time and every evening for dinner.

So if you ever wondered where we were around 4 to 7 o'clock at night, that's where you would find, Clay, and me.

I've been taking my early morning walks through the vibrant green.

Everything is, we're kind of in a real mountainy kind of wild area.

So there's these tall swaying green grasses.

They're wildflowers.

There's trees that are dancing in the gentle winds,

the pine trees. But my favorite tree is an aspen because it shimmers. And I can see one,

I can see several actually from my front porch, which is my rocking chair porch, which you see

me in sometimes in pictures.

And it's just such a joy right now, this season.

This is a one of the themes of today's podcast, the seasons, after the cold snowy winter.

And I, I just am so grateful for the different things as I look back.
