Hello, all my wonderful friends. This is Sally Clarkson, and I'm talking to you today from Colorado.

It's a lovely day, but it's starting to get hot, got to 80 degrees. And so I have to, because I've

been exposed to the sun so much in my life, I have to get up early and go out for my walk.

But anyway, all that to say, thank you for being with me. Welcome to at home with Sally.

And I hope that you're having a really wonderful day. Well, I have some fun things to tell you today, but first of all, I wanted to go to a couple of really neat things that I got this week.

I went out to breakfast with a wonderful friend who I always enjoy.

It's the kind of friend who every time I'm with her,

I feel encouraged.

I feel better about life and about myself when I'm with her.

I think she really likes me.

Anyway, but we went to this, we went walking for a couple of miles,

downtown amongst the old Victorian houses here in Colorado Springs, which is a favorite

kind of a habit of mine over the years. And then we rewarded ourselves by going to a wonderful place

for brunch and, you know, a little bit later than breakfast, a little bit earlier than lunch.

But we ordered something, and together it was huge, and so we were able to split it.

But think of eggs Benedict.

I just wanted to tell you about this recipe because it was so good.
