I'm so happy that you joined me today.

I have had you on my heart and in my mind, and sometimes in the mornings it's been a rare morning

because it has been too snowy and too cold to go in my morning walk, so I have to do it inside

the house.

It's a lot harder to get

three to four miles inside walking around a dining room than it is to be able to go outside.

But this morning, as I was praying for you and the people that would hear this podcast,

I had a lot on my mind. I'm Sally Clarkson. I'm glad you

join me. But I was just thinking about you and thinking about how many loads, many of my

friends who carry similar ideals to mine carry. We're in this marathon. It's a long-distance race. We have lots to

handle lots of issues. And so I wanted to talk with you about that today because I do know

that our family has been through so much over the years. But I think that there is a way forward.

And I just wanted to hopefully give a podcast that might be of some comfort to you and give you some scripture to ponder.

Because as long as I have the truth, the foundation of truth or wisdom from God, then I can really move into the area of faith that is more prosperous, profitable for my

heart.

And so I just wanted to talk a little bit about it today.

In Philippians 4 verse 6, it says, do not be anxious about anything. And I thought, really? So I'm not supposed to be

anxious about finances, bills, taxes, training or meeting the emotional needs, educating, loving
