but I am just so happy to be talking with you tonight. I have to tell you this. I'm looking out

on the Colorado skies, and there are four deer right across my yard, and the whole sky is purple and pink and beautiful,

and it just makes me think, as I've said recently,

okay, Jesus is walking by.

Hello, Jesus.

Thank you for being with us today.

Anyway, it's just something I do.

I've always looked at light to remind myself of God's reality, and now I have these beautiful sunsets in the winter.

So anyway, I'm so glad you're here.

And what I really need to tell you today is that I, it is two days before Christmas.

Let me see.

This is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and then Thursday, three days before Christmas.

And I just wanted to wish all of you the happiest, most joyful, deeply calm and satisfying

and a wonderful time with your friends or family or whatever you're going to be doing this Christmas,

excuse me, that it would be filled with a sense that God is with us, that He is Emmanuel, God is with us, and that he's with you, and I hope that you will

sense his presence today. I'm looking so forward to telling you what I've been thinking about.

I always pray every week, Lord, what should I say this week? What are the needs of all of my friends?

And so I'll be telling you a little bit more about that in a minute. But I did want to say, thank you, thank you, thank you, to all of you who have been
