Thanks so much for joining me. Hello my sweet friends this is the day after Christmas and I just am thinking about all of you.

As I mentioned on my post today on Instagram and Facebook

and my blog post, I don't know about you,

but I'm kind of having to ease in to what is going to be

normal life for the next few weeks. I think that sometimes when I was much

younger I would look at all the mess and the wrapping papers and the things that had not found new homes yet, the presents, and thank you notes that needed to be done and the food, either it's, we were out of food or too

many cookie crumbles, this and that, whatever it was.

And I used to allow myself instead of enjoying my day after Christmas.

Oftentimes I would despair that I was ever going to get control of life again.

And so today I hope that on this particular T-time Tuesday that you will find encouragement and strength and hope. I always in the past few years and it's the same

way today but different. I have done a podcast and I have written a blog post on decluttering my heart and soul.

And before Christmas I recorded a very long podcast for all of the people who are on the membership

And one of my assistants and I have been talking about and putting together

a spiritual journal for decluttering your soul.
