Bonjour and welcome to the 266 edition of Tranquility DeJure.

Today's show features Mois and Le Beau, musing on a great question that came from a lovely podcast

listener, Rebecca, on what we would tell our 25-year-old selves.

So a reminder about some upcoming events, two, that I'm super duper excited about and

that we do have a couple spots left.

One is West Virginia april 19 through

the 21st this is an art and yoga cabin retreat and it's out at lebo's cabin and it's just a divine

wonderful way to nurture yourself and then in addition of course we have may 22nd through the 26th art yoga and vintage shopping in Paris.

And that is Paris, France.

I just recently learned there's actually a Paris, Kentucky, in addition to Paris, Texas.

And neither of one are on our agenda this route.

Also, we have the new mindfulness e-course that launches March 31st, two weeks from

tonight. So very excited. Lots of other fun things happening, including we've got the Tranquility

summer camp in West Virginia and August. And then we have the yoga lifestyle

retreat in Costa Rica over Labor Day weekend. A reminder about the beautiful Tranquility

DeJure Daybook that was sprinkled with art designed by the lovely Mary Catherine Star. And it's basically a pink planner, lifestyle organizer, and wellness guide all in one with daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
