Bonjour and welcome to the 252nd edition of Tranquility DeJure.

Today's show features the fabulous Debbie Stoller of Bust magazine, among six other books, five knitting and crocheting, and then her

latest is the DIY Guide to Life, Bust Magazines, and it's amazing. So it heads up on a few things

happening. One, Tranquilology's September edition, just hit inboxes or actually became available.

So those of you interested, please pick it up.

It's filled with all sorts of great tips on recording your dreams to pinning a letter to your future and old self, along with yoga on the go, making and crafting bunting, canning, all sorts of good stuff.

So, a reminder that there's eight tranquilology topics that I cover every single month with a new spin.

And then by the end of the year, we'll have eight times 12, which is a lot of fabulous tips and tricks for living

a more tranquil life than every day. So again, September's issue has launched, and whenever you

purchase that, you also get access to our Facebook page where there's like 70, 60, 70 women

from around the globe who have connected

there. And it's a wonderful resource for making friends and connecting on this

tranquility movement. Now, without further ado, a few workshops and retreats that are right

around the corner. One is the next four-week Tranquility Project e-course is launching in October,

which is very exciting. We also have a four-week, it's actually a three-week,

living your yoga series going on in Washington, D.C. at Tranquil Space, and that launches

in like a week and a half. On September 19th, you'll hear a lot about this on the blog, so I'm really excited.

I'm hosting Pigs 20th Anniversary Fats, so Pigs Animal Sanctuary where I'm on the board and love to go visit beloved Walter.

I'm going to be hosting a fun event for them, and that's here in D.C., but we'll also have all sorts of silent auction
