Bonjour and welcome to the 251st edition of Tranquility DeJure.

A big thank you for all the wonderful feedback on our 250th episode with the interview of Moiis by Leboe. It was fun and it was

great to hear from so many of you on your responses to it. So thank you, thank you, thank you.

And we plan to do more of those in the future. So without further ado, however, today's

shows is amazing.

Susanna Conway comes back on the show, and as you may know, she is the author of this month's online book club pick, This I Know.

Also, I want to let you know about a few upcoming workshops and retreats.

One exciting thing is India.

I just got my flight where I go to Dubai and

then to India. I'm really excited about that. In November, there's, of course, a few spots left

in the West Virginia, retreat out at Lebeau's little bungalow in the woods. There's also

the fabulous e-course, Tranqu tranquilology, which launches every month, and we have a

new episode coming out in September, October, November, December, and then we're going to have a

physical book for sale and available at around the holidays, which is very exciting. So all sorts of

fun things, and they're listed in the show notes

in addition to two amazing jaunts to France next summer, spring, actually. So there's a week

in Provence at this amazing chateau and then in art shopping and yoga in Paris, June 5th

through the 9th. So there's a few spots available for both of those.
