So I'm fresh off leading a wonderful art and yoga retreat out in West Virginia with an

amazing group of ladies and still experiencing and feeling the high surrounded by moms and votive candles and succulents and what remains

from our amazing, amazing adventures together. So a big shout out and thank you to the lovely

ladies who joined me this weekend. A heads up on some workshops and retreats that are around

the corner.

There's a lot of ongoing offerings, such as e-courses as my creative and conscious business,

e-course, Tranquilology, which is released at the first of every month,

and it's a do-it-yourself sprinkling of everyday tranquility.

Our nonprofit Tranquil Space Foundation is hosting for the fourth year Lunafest,

which is short films, by for and about women.
