Workshops and retreats.

I'm very excited to share that a few fabulous ladies joined me this evening

to share dreams and visions for an art and yoga retreat in Paris and province, France. So that is

coming your way, May 2012, and all the details will be forthcoming. In the interim, we have some fun things

happening in the D.C. area, a living year yoga workshop worldwide with the e-course. It starts

March 9th, the Tranquility Project. We have our next Tranquilology teleclass on March 21st as the season

changes.

And then I'll be in Montreal, back in Montreal, at the beautiful central Luna yoga,

and that is end of April.

Heading to Costa Rica, July 2nd through the 9th, and then the beautiful old farmhouse in New York,

in upstate New York.

Actually, it's just about an hour

and a half train ride outside of New York City for a yoga creativity and tranquility retreat.
