Today's show features some upcoming happenings, along with a really exciting podcast,

with a lovely Tammy Stroval.

And she was introduced to me by a fellow podcast listener who had come across an article on the ways in which Tammy had done lots and lots of streamlining and simplification

from what was considered the ideal American dream and taking it down into a more

reasonable way to live life.

And I was enamored and intrigued and reached out to her and I'm very excited to share my

interview with Tammy.
