What's up Carl? Welcome to our kitchen table. I am not going to talk about disc golf but I am going to talk about how

sweaty I got out there. It was humid. Yeah. It was humid. And so my shirt is still pretty wet. But thankfully, it doesn't smell. It just smells like a regular sweat. It doesn't smell, it just smells like a regular sweat.

It doesn't smell like mildewy sweat,

which is what I've had going on for the past.

I don't know.

I left some laundry in the washing machine and it kind of got mill dewy and then I tried really

several times to wash out the mill dew and so I'd wash it and it's like all this laundry after it's

dry it's ready to go. But then when I would sweat I would smell the

mildew. What's what's the secret there Mandy? Yeah well how do you how do you get mildew out of vinegar but you think I think you said you tried that? Did you try vinegar? I did. I did.

Maybe he didn't use enough so I didn't I apparently I didn't use enough. So I didn't, I, apparently I didn't use enough.

So what I'm saying is that I'm celebrating that I just smell like regular sweat now.

I'm currently dealing with postpartum sweat, is it different from regular sweat yeah because you're

the mother's body wants the baby to know who she is and like to feel comfortable and so it's this very it's a very

distinct smell but it's different for each woman. Is it different for each baby?

No, it's pretty similar baby to baby.
