Good morning. This is TCE Theology and Current Events, number 56. We're calling this one true ecumenism,

responding to text before emails. I'm just way behind. So I'm very sorry for that. I will be catching

up in the next week. Part of that is also due to travels. I am here at on the East Coast for the wedding of Captain Emily Rainey, a great

American hero. Yes, I just said American hero. So please pray for her and her new spouse. And also here,

I know many of you were praying for that 10-year-old boy named John. He's a former parishioner.

And he'd been sick for a long time, but he died.

And so his funeral is also on the East Coast, I'll be going to that.

And we have great reason to believe that because he was incapable of sin, yes, even up to the age of 10,

and he's baptized, of course, that he's already enjoying the beatific vision.

I should have said earlier, there is a difference between a capital S saint and a small S saint. Capital S saint means you lived heroic virtue.

Maybe smallest saint would be someone like him who was baptized and incapable of sin.

And so someone kind of corrected me on that. But either way, I think his family is going to be the

one who need the most prayer. But even they understand that this was a tremendous life.

And I've been involved with a lot of families who've had disabled or high needs kids,

and I've really never seen a family with this tremendous level of love.

I mean, there's so many great families out there, but this was an extraordinary love of this of

this boy and so their hearts are going to be hurting and missing so please pray for them but

they also they also glorify God for John's life okay so today oh and the other thing I
