1:28.5	the thought process there, the end goal is really time freedom, that financial independence and
1:34.9	financial freedom provides you or affords you. And so that's the conversation I'm going to have
1:39.8	today with my guest, Chad, who again wrote the book, Retire Early with Real Estate,
1:45.1	and we're going to dive into some of the concepts that he talks about within the book.
