1:09.6	really excited about. In fact, I didn't even know this book existed until two days ago. And so with that, I wanted to bring on David Richter. I hope I pronounced that correctly. Yeah. David is an experienced real estate investor that took part in over 800 deals, which is amazing. And he's done everything from wholesaling to wholesaling to retailing.
1:28.7	He rented properties. He's done lease options. He's done over-financing. He basically did every
1:33.3	exit strategy under the sun when it comes to real estate. And so he's a very seasoned real estate
1:37.8	investor. But what he did is he took a concept from a book that I read years ago called

1:44.7	and business owners and professionals who listen to this podcast, have probably heard of the book
1:49.7	or maybe even read the book. But he took it one step further. He took that whole system,
1:54.2	that whole concept, and created it for real estate investors. And so the book is called Profit First
