As we discuss a topic that has gotten many of our listeners just rattled and sending us lovely emails and lots of information.

And we're excited tonight to talk about Primination Dreams.

So welcome as we begin tonight's Psychic Teachers.

As you all who are our regular listeners know, we start off with a crystal of the week, a meditation of the week, and a terro card of the week.

So we'll do those three things before we get into our topic.

So Samantha, would you like to start us?

Sure.

I would just like to start us with a gentle meditation.

I've been leading so many people this month who I feel just need to remember to love themselves and to be kind and gentle to themselves.

I just wanted to do a meditation focusing on that.
