Hey, and welcome back. This week's guest is Carl Pauley. Carl was one of the original CrossFit

0:42.0

gymnastics experts. He is the author of the book Freestyle. And I originally started following

biased here, but I've started to notice more and more people talking about or even asking questions about

2:04.4

communication, mindset, relationships, a lot of psychology-type things.

2:12.9

I think it's becoming more popular.

2:14.6

People are noticing more and more how much that affects their performance,

2:20.1

their life, their sense of well-being. And the reason I'm telling you this is because I think

2:25.9

Carl is an expert in helping people kind of get out of their own way. And in the past six months
