about 2011 just watching his YouTube videos and following him on social media.

And over the years, I've really grown to respect Carl not so much for what he's teaching

on the movement side, although that is, I think he's doing that in a very unique way.

But what I've really admired about Carl was really his voice and his ability to be genuine

and be authentic in such a public setting.

I've always thought he's a really courageous person for putting out different ideas and
