The thing I think people are expecting is right when they cut rates, it's going to be like,

I wake up in the morning and I have it. It'll take time for it to bake in to the market.

There's going to be other old debt that's still going through that has to pass through.

People are still going to refinance out of old debt. That's going to cause losses.

There's going to be origination costs that are increased. Other things are going to happen. But the rate on your loan, you will

finally be able to get a $300,000 loan and not pay $600,000 in interest over the life of a
