Taylor is a mad scientist when it comes to running and as he was one of the first strength and conditioning trainers within AFSPECWAR and continues to preach fitness and take people to levels they never expected. Taylor was so good and insightful that we are going to bring him back on for several more episodes because as you can tell, we were all over the place in this one.
