And joining me are two people making their Rest Day debut in the co-host chair

tonight from Mammoth Lakes, California. Danny, Mareno. Danny, welcome to the program. Great to have

you. Yeah, I'm stoked to be here. Just making sure we always have someone from Mammoth Lakes on rest day.

We have sort of a sub-ultra-focused docket here today. So you are certainly bringing the very capable

expertise in that domain. And we're very grateful to have you here. Also joining us today,

a very special guest, potentially one of the most ascendant sub ultra stars in North America,

if not the world broadcasting from Crested Butte, Colorado. Taylor Stack,

welcome to the show, buddy. Big round of applause. Good to see you. Yeah, thanks for having me. Should be

fun. Yeah, yeah. It's going to be a great conversation. So just to set it up for the audience before

we dive in. Obviously, you can see the docket on the right hand side, but we're going to

spend roughly the first half of the show just chit chat with Taylor a little bit, especially

about his amazing podium third place performance at Sagamma from last weekend. Then Taylor's

going to stick around as we break down the Ladroskei Trentino race, which he took part in last

year. He didn't race this year,

but there was some great racing action taking place over there in Italy on the Golden Trail

World Series. We've got some great stats on El Hussine-Ela Zawi, the back-to-back Golden Trail

Series champion. We'll get to that in a little bit. Obviously, we'll also just recap the

Golden Trail standings here with two races

in the rearview mirror. And then we'll sort of round out today's show. And with a little bit of a

memorial, a special person in the trail running community passed away a couple of weeks ago.
