0:25.4	My pleasure. It's an honor to be here. We brought you back on because Joanne, as many of you know,
0:31.2	is an expert in tax liens, which I think is an excellent area to be looking at in our interesting times

0:38.5	want to tell listeners who haven't heard you before a little bit about your background before we
0:42.1	begin. Okay, well, I'm not a financial expert like you are Kirk. And that's why I always love
0:48.3	talking to you. I got started back in 2002. The only house that I had bought and sold was the condo that my husband and I
0:58.2	had lived in. So I didn't know much about real estate, but I wanted to get involved in real estate
1:03.7	because I really thought that was the way to get wealthy. We had just sold our condo and
1:09.4	we were in a market like the market that we were in a couple years ago where things were going crazy.
1:17.8	And we couldn't buy anything, not having good credit and not knowing what I know now.
1:25.8	But I knew that I wanted to invest that money. And I had read something
1:30.4	about tax liens. And I lived in a state where there were tax lien sales going on all the time.
1:36.3	I lived in New Jersey. So I just started going to tax lien sales. And I learned the business the hard way
1:43.7	by going to sales, making mistakes.
