My name is Rob Maower doing a Sunday episode today because the schedule will be a little

bit weird with the holidays right now.

I am on vacation until January 2nd, but I do plan to continue podcasting as needed probably won't be every

single day but I will still be keeping an eye on the news and as big things come up I

will still podcast as a reminder of the holiday schedule for the markets, the NASDAQ does close early

tomorrow, closes at 1 PM Eastern time on Monday the 24th, and then it's closed the entirety of Christmas

Day on December 25th, Tuesday. So wrapping up our conversation on Tesla. of Christmas

on December 25th, Tuesday.

So wrapping up our conversation on Tesla's performance from last week.

Tesla did finish Friday in the green, up 1.39% to $319.77 cents, this compared to the NASDAQ, which again continued to fall down 2.99%.

That put the NASDAQ's performance on the week Monday through Friday, down 8.36%. This was the worst week for the NASDAQ in over a decade.

You have to go all the way back to the week of November 16, 2008 to find a worse week. That week finished down 8.74%.

Now 2008 was definitely worse. That year we had weeks where the NASDAQ was down 9, 11, and 15%, all well above this level,

but it's been a long time since we've seen this steep of a decline so quickly.

Tesla ended up only, say only in quotes I guess, finishing the week down 12.6 percent.

And for Tesla we're kind of used to that. That's only the third worst week that we've seen this year for

Tesla stock. In the worst macro environment in a decade, I can live with that.

Getting into the news then, there's not a whole lot.

The biggest piece of it is probably Elon Musk on Twitter saying that if customers made a good faith effort to take delivery before the end of the year and they were not able to,

then Tesla would cover the difference between the full tax credit, which they would be guaranteeing
