Well, on the way over here, I was thinking about the episode, and I was reminded of one of the very

first mainstream Maroon 5 hits, where Adam Levine crooned, is there anyone out there?

Because it's getting harder and harder to breathe.

And I think that that line really encapsulates a lot of how I felt about this episode

and some of the things that we saw unfold on screen as well.

Did you finish Foundation season three?

I've got two more episodes left, but I did just watch the Brazen Head episode with our,

with our man, Oscar Van Rine as Sunmaster 18. It was cool seeing him pop up. What a ride this, this season has been. I hope we get maybe an opportunity to talk about it. It feels like it's sort of caught on more this season. I've seen a lot of stuff out there about it. Seems to be the case.

They got a season four renewal.

I've seen multiple think pieces and articles written about it. I've been sort of up and down in the season, but then in the back half of it, it's, I don't, it's just crazy shit is happening. and so I'm looking forward to finishing that

and maybe having a chance to talk about it.
