Hey, from CNN. I'm a Falma DK with the five things you need to know for Friday, January 31st. First responders

say weather conditions are posing challenges for search crews looking for missing people in

the Potomac River. After Wednesday's collision between an American Airlines plane, an Army helicopter

in the Washington, D.C. area, 64 people were on board the plane flying from Wichita, Kansas to Reagan National

Airport. DC Fire and EMS Chief John Donnelly says 41 bodies have been recovered from the site

and 28 identified.

The salvage crews have begun to arrive on the scene and they're assessing the work that's

going to be needed to recover the aircraft

from the water. We expect those operations to begin no later than tomorrow afternoon.

Two of the three soldiers in the Army helicopter have been identified as 28-year-old Staff Sergeant Ryan

Austin O'Hara and 39-year-old Andrew Lloyd Eves, a chief warrant officer.

The third soldier's name is not being released at the request of her family.

A federal aviation administration official says the agency has closed helicopter

routes near the airport.
