take just a second for this. This is the first time that I've really talked about it. Over my life,

I've had little bouts of feeling depressed, but I wouldn't really even call it depression.

I sort of just called it like not liking living in Winnipeg and feeling like I had little bits

of seasonal depression and that we would go down to the states in the winter and get away from

some of those winter blues,

and that seemed to work.

But then this past year, with not having any races, not having any goals, not being able

to get away in the winter, it was full-blown depression.
