Summary

I've got another coaching session with my two favorite clients, Alan Lazaros and Kevin Palmieri of Next Level University. As usual, they came prepared with tons of questions that I needed to share with all of you. The three of us are going to discuss what it means to tap into your unconscious, the difference between the truth and perspective, how to bring out the best in others, and the #1 thing I look for when investing in someone. Tweet me @davidmeltzer your favorite takeaway from today's episode and come ask me questions live every Friday at 11:00 am PST / 2:00 pm EST. Number one question. I know that you've mentioned in the past having trouble transcoding certain

0:56.8

messages. So how do you effectively communicate your unconscious competencies?

1:05.5

1:10.1

is the repetitive nature of communication, meaning there's probably 30 different people that I'm

1:16.3

communicating with the different variances of that transcoded quantum messages that I have.

1:22.8

And so each time that I explain or try to either mentor, coach or teach,

1:28.3

three different skill sets, mentoring is bringing the best out of what I've experienced,

1:33.2

coaching is to bring the best out of you. And then teaching is to be able, which is to me,

1:39.0

the most difficult because it takes patience, something that I'm practicing, not quantum in my

1:44.1

nature, by the way, it takes patience to teach because you have to explain and you have to not

1:51.2

only explain, you have to be able to summarize, not only summarize, but you have to make sure that

1:57.2

there's a mutual accord that's some sort of reciprocation of your knowledge. And that takes time,
