which is look ahead to what's coming next.

And specifically, we're going to talk a lot today about play calling.

We'll talk about Mack Jones, what he might be able to do differently in week two against Pittsburgh Steelers,

with our good friend from the QB school, J.T. O'Sullivan,

longtime NFL quarterback, one of the best on the planet when it comes to actually explaining

offensive concepts using all the tools at his disposal on YouTube.

He has a great Patreon community as well to be able to tell us what's happening on the field.

All the Xs and OSE.

Of course, has all sorts of quarterback specific insights as well when it comes to mechanics,

timing of certain plays, footwork, all this stuff is stuff that JT really truly excels in.

I've learned a ton from him.

I think you will as well this week as we talk

about the Patriots. But before we get to JT, I want to tell you some of the things that I've learned

over the course of the last 24 to 48 hours since that week one loss to the Dolphins. And I would tell

you first that there is some optimism based on what the Patriots saw from their offense on Sunday.

I know that may sound a little strange, but the positivity is based on that first drive.

And some of the things they specifically were able to do in the running game early in that game.

They ran for almost five yards of carry in the first half, really tailed off after that.

The score got away from them.

The ability to run the football, the willingness to run the football goes away when the score gets to be 17, nothing the way that it did at half.

But for the Patriots and their players, I would include in this group, to be able to see some positive momentum and some real efficiency
