Round two, our first interview was a big hit, over a million views.

0:07.3

People are excited.

0:09.0

We have a whole host of questions from the audience that we've been collecting since your

0:14.5

last appearance on a whole bunch of topics, including habits, manifestation, and also relationships.

0:23.6

Interesting.

0:24.6

So people have a lot of questions. Are you ready to jump in?

0:27.6

Yeah, yeah. I'm so happy to see you again. And also, I so rarely do this, come back

0:32.6

for part two with questions. I'm excited to hear what comes up.

0:36.6

I'm honored that you decided to come back and it's been great to not only meet you,

0:41.3

become friends with you, and I just want to say thank you so much for your time.

0:44.3

Thank you.

0:45.3

1:13.4

around the holidays period. And that completely resets me and makes me feel so revitalized and

1:21.1

creative and re-energized for January onwards. But I will back that up by saying I don't do big New Year's resolutions

1:30.3

anyway. So I take the year by quarters, so we've roughly got a quarter of this year left,

1:36.3

and I'll change two or three habits. Like I always say change 10 things by 1% rather than one thing by 10%. So I'll have incorporated

1:47.1

a few habits across the year already and I'll just be trying to add in another two or three now.

1:52.4

But the main way to reinvent myself is the digital detox. On a practical level, what does that

1:57.0

look like? How do you get ready for it? And then when you're doing it, how do you
