I'm so glad to be with you, Rebecca.

Thanks for having me.

Yeah, we first met when you, you would cover me a lot when you were at E.

And then I had the honor of being on your podcast.

And so now much overdue, I'm having you on mine which I'm

excited to dive into thank you no I'm glad to be here I love your podcast I love all the

amazing women that you highlight so it's an honor well I think it's fun to tell people's stories or not often, you know,

some of the overlooked parts of the business that they're in or the struggles and challenges.

So we'll definitely get into that. I'm an open book. That makes my job much easier.

So tell me about your rise to, you know, where you, where most people

began to hear of you on television, you know, how did you make, how did you decide to do that?

What inspired that?

Man, I mean, what inspired that?

I mean, I was that little girl.

I grew up in Indiana, very kind of landlocked where Hollywood and L.A.

in New York seemed like, you know, galaxies away from where I was.

But I was inspired by people's stories at a very young age. So I was

that little girl with a fork in my hand or a brush in my hand, like fake interviewing,

all my friends, annoying my family at the dinner table. I always, I guess, just had an

intrinsic curiosity about others. It wasn't until, you know, God, I think I grew up

watching Oprah, of course, every day of four o'clock. I was obsessed with Katie Couric. So it wasn't
