This morning, Germany announced it will send tanks to Ukraine.

The United States is expected to make a similar pledge later today.

The armored war machines have been central to months of debate in the West, watched by

a desperate Ukrainian president.

But discussions must be concluded with decisions, said Volodymyr Zelensky yesterday.

It's not about five or ten or fifteen tanks.

The need is larger.

Well today, President Zelensky may get his wish.
