Emmergan Awardner, and in this show I'm joined by entrepreneur and owner of

Naf Beauty Salon in Glasgow, the brilliant Tammy Kuzlovsky. If you follow me on

The Easy Wins Initiative supports young people, manage their finances, start and grow businesses,

and also look for ways to ease the juggling act of achieving a

healthy work-life balance. And obviously this is the kind of thing that we

covered you and I, my most excellent listeners, during a pod a day in May when we

talked about finances and how to manage your money.

The panel included Camilla Thurlow, who some of you may know primarily from Love Island,

a couple of years ago, fashion business owner Richard Davies and Beauty Salon owner, Tammy Kuzlovsky.

The team at Royal Bank asked me if I'd like to podcast with any of the panel while I was up in

Edinburgh and I jumped at the chance to speak to Tammy and here's why. I've been a beauty writer for nearly 20 years and in that time

I've been lucky enough to speak to lots of brand owners and usually these are big players in the beauty industry.

People and brands who are already or

are on their way to being household names. Tammy is 30 years old and her salon

NAF which stands for nails and face is three years old. She has created a brand, a space and

services that have quickly made her an own innovator in the field, but it's very

early stages in terms of when I normally meet brands.
