And for me, a key moment I'll never forget.

I was always of a mind that we needed to be so successful that we wouldn't need to exist.

So when there was a time when I noticed we were making a problem worse, I went to my feminist

mentor and said, you know, we are making this problem worse.

What is the deal? And she said to me,

we needed on occasion to rub salt into the wound so that we would always be here when we would be

needed. In other words, it would be bad to be completely successful because if we were needed again,

we wouldn't be here. So we needed, in other words, to maintain the pain.

Yeah.

And I realized that, well, this is a business for power and money.

Yeah.

That's all it was.

It wasn't about solving any issues.
